Terms of Sale

Agent Poly Studios is the trading name of an individual creator based in Türkiye (“we”, “us”). These terms cover the digital products sold on this website: the Learn Pack and the Creator Pack (together, the “Products”). By buying, you agree to them.
1. Who sells to you
Orders are processed by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy, which is the Merchant of Record for all purchases. Lemon Squeezy handles payment, billing, invoicing and sales tax/VAT, and its own Buyer Terms and privacy policy apply to the checkout.
2. What you buy
The Products are downloadable digital files (HTML, PDF, Markdown and text files) delivered by email and download link immediately after payment. They are described on the product page; screenshots and videos on this site show the actual Creator Pack applications. Nothing physical is shipped.
2a. Supporter pack
The $5 Supporter pack is a contribution to the studio and includes no files. In return we feature the name you give us in an original thank-you story on our Instagram (@agentpoly), usually within 7 days, and keep it in a Supporters highlight. We may decline names that are offensive, misleading or belong to someone else; in that case we ask you for a different name.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in US dollars. Applicable taxes are calculated and added at checkout by Lemon Squeezy. Launch or promotional prices apply only during the stated period.
4. Your license
Your purchase gives you a personal, single-user license described on the License page and in the LICENSE.txt included in your download. You buy a license to use the files, not ownership of them.
5. System requirements
The Creator Pack applications run offline in current desktop Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge with hardware acceleration. Mobile browsers and Safari are not supported for recording. Recording frame rate depends on your hardware.
6. Results
Audience numbers we share about our own channel describe our own results. We don’t promise any specific views, followers or income from your use of the Products.
7. Refunds
All sales are final. See our Refund Policy.
8. Liability
The Products are provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Product. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; the version shown at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
