Agent Poly Studios is the trading name of an individual creator based in Türkiye (“we”, “us”). We keep this simple: this website doesn’t use accounts, tracking cookies or advertising pixels.

What we receive

• When you buy: Lemon Squeezy, as Merchant of Record, collects your name, email, billing country and payment details. We receive your name, email, country, the Product bought and order details. We never see your full card number.
• Supporter pack: the name, its pronunciation and the optional Instagram handle you enter are passed to the checkout and used only to make and post your public thank-you story. You choose what name appears; ask us any time to remove it from the highlight.
• When you email us: your email address and whatever you write.
• Hosting: our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security and reliability.

Why we use it

To deliver your purchase and license, provide support, prevent fraud, and meet legal and tax obligations. We only send marketing emails if you opt in at checkout, and every such email has an unsubscribe link.

Sharing

We don’t sell your data. We share it only with the services needed to run the shop: Lemon Squeezy (payments, delivery, receipts) and our website host. These may process data outside your country with appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting (generally up to 10 years); support emails for up to 2 years.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR and Türkiye’s KVKK), you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, or object to its use. Email emircanacardev@gmail.com. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

Children

The Products are not directed at children under 16.
