Every purchase includes a single-user commercial creator license. The full text is in LICENSE.txt in your download; this is the plain-English summary.
Make and sell videos: yes. Share or resell the kit files: no.
You can
- Customize the characters, colors, dialogue, timing and camera, and write as many new episodes as you like — by hand or with an AI assistant.
- Export unlimited videos and use them on monetized channels, in ads and in paid client work, with no royalties.
- Paste the editable EPISODE block into AI assistants to create or fix episodes.
You can’t
- Share, resell, gift, sublicense or publicly upload the Product files (original or modified), including in template packs, courses or asset libraries.
- Extract, decompile or reuse the compiled engine or character models in another product.
- Remove or hide the “Made with Agent Poly Studios” badge from exported videos, or present yourself as Agent Poly Studios.
- Give clients the template files — clients receive rendered videos.
Seats
One license = one person. Teams need one license per creator.
Third-party software
Three.js and OrbitControls are bundled under the MIT license; see THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.txt. Nothing here limits your rights to those libraries.
